Hell's Horses

A pumpkin carving done in 2004 on Halloween weekend while out camping. The Pumpkin weighed about 75 pounds before it was cleaned after cleaning it still weighed around a whopping 50 pounds. Also since Dev Art doesn't have any catigory's for carving it had to be put into sculptures. On the weekend i did this i think i finished around 5 pumpkins and i sold a total of two. I think during the month of October i carved around 20 pumpkins. The majority of them got feed to the goat Nubby.

A note on pumpkin carving. You can keep a pumpkin longer by soaking it in water during the day and letting it dry a little bit before putting a candle in it. This pumpkin lived in the large watering bucket that we used for the horses water. It was funny to watch them trying to drink out of the bucket with the pumpkin floating in it.
